Holiday Newsletter
Happy Holidays to all my current friends and friends-to-be! ;-)
This year is almost at an end, so here's hoping 2021 is a little more.... normal? Peaceful?
I'll settle for less life-threatening!
I hope everyone is able to stay healthy and enjoy their holidays as best as possible!
Me? I'm enjoying being home for an entire 9 days; baking, crafting, spending time with my kids.
My 2021 will start with a rush of travel, flying back-and-forth to get my children back to their college campuses in addition to all my work-related trips, so I am making the most of my precious at-home time!
It recently occurred to me that I've never shared (or even taken) any selfies with snow on my boobs!
Luckily, there was a little snow on my hotel-room balcony during my recent visit in Madison, WI so I was able to rectify this terrible situation. LOL!
In my last newsletter, I mentioned some changes to my touring plans which will go into effect in 2021.....
As the above photo hints, I very much enjoy visiting Nebraska!
I had been thinking to limit my tours there to just once or twice per year from now on, but I've realized that decision was a bit hasty.
So to all my Omaha friends: I will do my best to get there 3 times next year.
During my recent visit to the Detroit area, I took a little drive up to Frankenmuth to check out the above store, which is 7.35 ACRES of Christmas decorations, ornaments, trees, villages, and so much more! I spent a couple hours, and quite a bit of money lol, there!
It was a wonderful way to enjoy a dreary, rainy, afternoon!
Speaking of Michigan.... due to a couple personal issues, I was forced to postpone Grand Rapids as well as one of my days in Livonia.
My make-up dates for those locations are posted on my site and are also listed further down* in this newsletter.
*dates removed for archive version
I've also decided to change-up my March 2021 visit and spend TWO DAYS in Grand Rapids then!
My Winter & early Spring dates are still changing and I recently learned a family member will be having surgery sometime in the early new year. I'm going to take a couple weeks off to help during the post-surgery recovery period.
When that will be, is completely up in the air right now, but as soon as I know, I will update anyone who'd been booked and of course, adjust my site's Calendar accordingly.
What else? Some of my days may be slightly shorter than previously, as I'll be ending my day earlier due to driving or catching a flight those evenings.
Also, I do still hope to tour NYC in 2021 but it might not happen in March, as planned.
If their negative-Covid test, visitor-tracking, protocols are still in place at the end of January, I will reschedule for later in the year.
If that happens, I'll visit Minneapolis on those dates instead.
Thank you all to my wonderful friends and fans who've still been seeing me during these tumultuous times, and all those who follow me on Twitter and/or eagerly await each newsletter.
You truly make my world a brighter place!! XOXOXO
Thank you! I truly appreciate everyone who reads my newsletter! I hope to see you soon!!
